- For platform moderation and abuse detection
3. Public Visibility Disclaimer
By publishing your portfolio on Filminity Hub, you agree that:
- The content you upload is your original work or you have rights to use it.
- We display your portfolio publicly, and anyone can view, contact, or discover you based on this.

We are not responsible for any fraudulent offers, fake auditions, or third-party communications that may occur outside the platform. Please verify any opportunity before proceeding or sharing sensitive information.
4. Prohibited Activities
Strictly prohibited on Filminity Hub:
- Creating fake portfolios or impersonating another filmmaker.
- Misusing the platform to scam others or collect money under false pretense.
- Using Filminity Hub’s name, logo, or platform layout to create fake apps or websites.
Legal Note:
Any individual or group found misusing the platform for fraud or impersonation will face permanent account removal, and we may initiate legal action including filing complaints under Indian Cybercrime Law.
5. Copyright and Ownership
- You retain ownership of your content.
- By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your portfolio publicly.
If someone copies or misuses your work, please report immediately to us. We will take takedown action promptly.
6. Reporting Misuse or Fraud
If you are:
- Offered fake auditions or jobs using our name
- Asked for money using a profile from this site
- Finding your work or identity misused

We take legal violations seriously and work with Cyber Crime departments if needed.
7. Platform Liability Limitations
Filminity Hub is a portfolio showcasing platform, and we do not act as casting agents or producers. We do not guarantee job offers or payment from third parties viewing your portfolio.
We are not liable for:
- External communications
- Fake offers made outside our official system
- Losses due to third-party actions
8. Data Protection
We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption
- Admin moderation
- Secure hosting infrastructure
Still, no online platform can guarantee 100% security. Use the platform with discretion.
