Badge Policy & Payment Terms

This page outlines the policy, eligibility, and payment terms for obtaining **Featured** and **Verification** badges on Filminity Hub (hub.filminity.com).

1. Badge Types

• Featured Badge: Highlights your profile or project in key sections for increased visibility.
• Verification Badge: Confirms your identity or legitimacy as a filmmaker, actor, or production house.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a valid portfolio/profile on Filminity Hub.
• For Verification Badge, proof of identity or industry work is required (e.g., ID card, project link, cast/crew credit).
• Badges are manually reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours.

3. Payment Process

Filminity Hub does not use online payment gateways like Stripe or Razorpay. All payments are processed manually using UPI.

• After submitting your badge request, you will receive a **personal UPI QR code** from our team.
• Once payment is completed, you must share the payment screenshot to support@filminity.com or via WhatsApp (if applicable).
• Badge will be activated only after manual verification of your payment and profile.

4. Pricing

• Featured Badge: ₹___ (one-time)
• Verification Badge: ₹___ (one-time)
• Note: These are promotional prices and may change without prior notice.

5. No Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases (e.g., accidental double payment) and must be requested within 48 hours.
• Filminity Hub reserves the right to reject refund requests without obligation.

6. Badge Removal

• We may revoke your badge at any time if you violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
• Misuse of badge (false claims, impersonation) may lead to permanent ban.

Badges do not guarantee casting, success, or special treatment. They are meant to improve profile credibility and discoverability only.
