Filminity Hub (hub.filminity.com) allows registered users to post casting calls to connect filmmakers with actors and other talent. While we strive to maintain a trusted platform, please read the following disclaimer carefully:

1. User Responsibility

• All casting calls are submitted by independent users and third-party creators.
• Filminity Hub does not verify every detail or guarantee the legitimacy of each opportunity.
• It is your responsibility to research, verify, and proceed with caution when responding to any casting notice.

2. No Agency Representation

Filminity Hub is not a casting agency and does not act as an agent, representative, or employer for any party. We do not take commissions or responsibility for recruitment outcomes.

3. Beware of Scams or Fraud

• Do not pay money to apply or attend auditions unless clearly marked and from verified companies.
• If a post seems suspicious, report it to us immediately at support@filminity.com.
• Never share sensitive personal information (bank details, Aadhaar, etc.) without full verification.

4. Filminity’s Rights

• We reserve the right to remove any casting call that violates our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
• Accounts found to be submitting fraudulent or misleading casting calls may be permanently banned.

5. Limitation of Liability

Filminity Hub is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising out of interactions between users and casting call creators. All engagement is done at your own discretion and risk.
