By accessing or using www.hub.filminity.com or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. Definitions

• User – Any individual using the Platform to create portfolios, post or respond to casting calls, or view content.
• Creator – A user who submits content like short films, portfolios, or casting information.
• Content – Includes videos, images, descriptions, profiles, casting calls, and other submissions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Filminity Hub, you agree to:

• Comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account

3. Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform.
• Accounts found to be impersonating or spreading harmful content may be suspended without notice.

4. Portfolio & Content Submissions

• Users can create and manage their professional portfolios.
• All content must be original or properly licensed; copyright violations are strictly prohibited.
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for display and promotion on the Platform.

5. Casting Calls

• Only registered users can post casting calls.
• Fake or misleading postings will be removed and may result in account termination.
• Filminity Hub is not responsible for the accuracy of casting calls; users must verify independently.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Manipulating views, votes, or reviews using bots or unfair means

7. Intellectual Property

• All site branding, UI, and design belong to Filminity Hub.
• You may not copy, modify, or reuse platform content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Filminity Hub is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from platform use.
• We do not guarantee job placement, project success, or collaborations.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for any violation of these Terms.
• Content violating laws or community standards will be removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of any revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Yadgir, Karnataka.
